The Friday evening session begins at 7pm and is hosted by the local club, CENTRAL OKLAHOMA BEEKEEPERS ASSOC.
The public is welcome to attend and hear the speakers.
The Saturday session starts with registration at 8 am and the meeting starting at 9.
There is a lot luck lunch with the association providing the meat dish.
Later in the afternoon an auction and door prizes drawing will be held.
