MSBA is excited to present a live conference following a year of Covid online meetings. This two-day meeting begins at 8 am on Friday and concludes at 3:30 pm on Saturday. There will be plenty of time for questions to our speakers. The keynote speakers’ presentations will focus on the following topics:

Queen Management: Requeening, Queen Introduction, Acceptance, and Supersedure

Honey Management: Moisture, Temperature, Time, and Practices

Equipment Management: Exploring Choices and Efficiencies

Oxalic Acid Management: Its Use, Research, and Application

Disease Management, Nosema Ceranae: Disease Dynamics, Monitoring, and Meaning

There will be additional breakout classes taught by qualified Missouri Beekeepers. Some will be presentations qualified for the Great Plains Master Beekeeping Certification. National and local vendors will display their products for sale in our Vendor Hall. There will be plenty of time for visiting with beekeeping friends and meet new ones. Watch for conference information, pre-registration, hotel availability or campsites on the MSBA website https://mostatebeekers.org and consider making a weekend of it.
