Our annual meeting will be in Great Falls this year at the Hilton Garden Inn on October 15, 16, and 17. Please reserve your room at the Hilton by September 15th in order to receive the reduced group rate by referencing the Montana State Beekeepers Association. The phone number is 406-452-4000. We will call the meeting to order at 1pm on Thursday, October 15. Please arrive prior to 1pm for check in at the lobby.
We hope to have online registration available the first week of September and will also mail registration materials to the membership the second week of September.
This year marks our 100th year as an association, and we will celebrate this milestone with a special dinner banquet and auction on Friday evening. We would like to set up a gallery of memorabilia from the last 100 years ? please contact Courtney Fullerton if you are able to contribute to this gallery: courtney@glaciercountyhoney.com or 406-544-2818. We also ask that you bring an item for the auction.
As in the past, we will have speakers on Thursday afternoon and all day Friday, including Sue Cobey, Christi Heintz, Jackie Park-Burris, and much more. There will be a ladies? luncheon and a beekeepers? luncheon on Friday. We owe a special thanks to Golden Heritage for sponsoring both of these events. There will also be a breakfast for Sue Bee members on Saturday morning, sponsored by Sue Bee.
