The Beekeepers of Indiana will be holding its annual Purdue Field Day on June 18, 2016 at the Purdue Bee Lab in West Lafayette. Our guest speaker is Gary Reuter from the Minnesota Bee Lab. Gary is along time hobby beekeeper and trained in technology education, Gary began working with Marla Spivak when she moved to Minnesota in 1993. Attendees will need to bring their protective gear as this is an opportunity to get into some live hives. The cost is $30 for individual and $50 for family. Continental Breakfast and lunch is included and there will be a live auction and a raffle. Registration begins at 8:00 am.
