Beginning Beekeeping Workshop: Saturday, January 21, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, in person at the University of Missouri Extension office in St. Peters. Featuring club leaders (including three current or past presidents), the workshop will cover honey bee biology; equipment options; where and how to get bees; pests and diseases; and “A year in the life of a beekeeper.”
Cost is $75 including lunch and a textbook.
