Beekeeping classes at McHenry College
McHenry County College, in Crystal Lake, Illinois, announces the following spring beekeeping classes:

Beekeeping Field Study — April 11, 10:00 a.m. to Noon, April 18, 1:00-3:00 p.m.
This short course will provide practical, hands-on instruction for installing, manipulating, and inspecting colonies of bees. The class will meet in a bee yard, so appropriate clothing and equipment will be necessary. Spring is the time to start with bees, and this course will walk you through it step by step. Fee $59.00
