Cost: $40.00 per person for those pre-registered, $50.00 at the door, Children under 5 free, ages 6-18, $17.50 for those pre-registered, $20.00 at the door.
For those pre-registered, by May 21st, there will be a drawing at the end of the Funday to reimburse 1 (one) pre-registered person for their registration!
Plans are coming together for our Northeast KS Beekeepers Assn. 2016 Funday. We are calling it a Jamie-Bee-Ree since our featured speaker will be Dr. Jamie Ellis from the University of FL Extension. Other featured guests will be Dr. Judy Wu-Smart from the University of NE Extension; her doctoral student Natalia Bjorklund; another Ellis-Dr. Marion Ellis, retired from the University of NE Extension; Petra Ahnert author of Beeswax Alchemy and of course, Dr. Chip Taylor from the University of Kansas with his famous Swarm Demonstration.
