The Honey-Emptying machine. Built from wood with metal gears and their top support, other beekeepers would follow that method. Beekeepers built their own ”honey slingers,” an early name for the device. That name and virtually all of their homemade honey slingers did not survive. (Two uncapped combs would fit opposite each other in the spinning wire basket like a two-frame nonreversible extractor in today’s terminology.)
