Course Description: Learn to separate fact from fiction regarding bees and beekeeping. Class is for those wanting to develop a better appreciation for sustainable beekeeping practices and not necessarily looking to start new hives. You’ll leave class with the knowledge of how to become a good or better “beekeeping ambassador.” Materials fee: $10
Bio: Al Summers has kept bees for 50+ years. His beekeeping experience is international and covers many aspects of the academic and practical sides to beekeeping/Apiculture. He has developed and taught beekeeping classes in the Boulder area for the past 25+ years.
