Information for those just curious about honey bees as well as in-depth workshops for the more experienced beekeepers will be presented. Live demonstrations on how to inspect your colony, assess its health and evaluate the queen will be presented throughout the day. Sessions on honey bee disease and pest identification, queen rearing, making creamed honey, swarm control and prevention, collecting pollen, installing packages and managing nucs will be presented.
