 ng will feature keynote speaker Roy Desrochers — a global sensory expert
 . Roy will be teaching us about sensory analysis and how to use it to desc
 ribe our honey in an accurate and attractive way for customer communicatio
 ns. Roy has been offering his highly regarded honey sensory analysis class
 es to county clubs through University of Vermont Extension.\nWe will also 
 be welcoming 18 year beekeeper\, Dave Wade speaking on his new discovery\;
  Adding Beeswax to Make Honeycomb. He will discuss his methods and demonst
