Taught by Melanie Kirby of Zia Queenbees Farm & Field Institute and Aiden Wing of Wings of Nature Bees in Los Altos, CA. Field intensive covers the basics of selecting and rearing quality queens for small to mid-size applications.

Whether you are at a beginning or advanced level of beekeeping, learning how to rear queens for self and public applications can help to spread quality genetics and support regional sustainability.
